Kali George is a talented songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a vibrant musical journey that began in Sofia, Bulgaria, and now she has found a home in the creative city of Bristol, United Kingdom. Drawing inspiration from the wonders of nature, her extensive travels, and the captivating souls she encounters, Kali's compositions reflect her inquisitive and adventurous spirit. Her musical palette is influenced by a captivating blend of jazz, funk, soul, rock, and the works of contemporary classical composers. The culmination of her artistic pursuits and creative expression thus far was a live performance of her debut string quartet “Soundwaves" at the Church of St Thomas the Martyr.
Having graduated from BIMM University with a bachelor's degree in Songwriting, her passion for music has driven her to pursue further academic growth as she embarks on a master's degree in composition. Beyond her academic pursuits, Kali has honed her skills as a session musician and performer, collaborating with esteemed artists and collectives such as Wilder Vocals (vocals), Ali Austin (keys), and Sarah Ann Ree (bass). Embracing diverse experiences, she continuously pushes creative boundaries and refines her craft, seeking to touch the hearts of others and forge meaningful connections.
